St Kilda Wedding- Amy and Tom’s Melbourne Wedding

When my great old friend called me up to ask me to do a wedding that she was in the bridal party of and spend the weekend in Melbourne, how could I refuse.

Upon arrival to the boutique hotel, the girls were looking fabulous and the nervous anticipation was thick in the air. Mum and Dad were on hand to lend their support. A couple of champagnes and we were ready to get a few shots of the girls.

Meanwhile the boys (I’m not sure if I can recall more groomsmen than this) were busy in the bar for a couple of looseners. We managed to get some great shots of the fellas upstairs prior to the ceremony.

The ceremony, performed by one of Tom’s great mates, was lovely up on the rooftop deck with a musical interlude by Tom’s brother. Those doing the readings – nailed it.

A few quick shots in the golden evening light and it was time for the party. Everyone spoke well and the evening was full of laughter and dancing until the end of Amy and Tom’s perfect day.

On a personal note it was great to see so many mates at the wedding, it has been too long between drinks!
